getStoreGeochartChartsConfig(mapId: string): GeoChartStoreByLayerPath
Gets the geochart chart configurations for the given map.
Parameters
- mapId: string
  The map identifier.
Returns GeoChartStoreByLayerPath
The chart configurations keyed by layer path.

Throws
When the Geochart plugin is uninitialized.
