getStoreLayerLegendCollapsedSet(mapId: string): Record<string, boolean>
Returns the legend collapsed state for all layers, defaulting to false if not found.
Parameters

  The map identifier
Returns Record<string, boolean>
A record mapping each layer path to its collapsed state
