getStoreTimeSliderLayers(mapId: string): TimeSliderLayerSet
Gets all time-slider layers from the store.
Parameters
- mapId: string
  The map id.
Returns TimeSliderLayerSet
The time-slider layer set.

Throws
When the TimeSlider plugin is uninitialized.
