initGeochartStateSubscriptions(store: GeoviewStoreType): void
Initializes Zustand store subscriptions for the geochart state.

Sets up watchers for changes in the details layerDataArray (to sync geochart data) and the geochart layerDataArray (to propagate batches).
Parameters
- store: GeoviewStoreType
  The GeoView Zustand store instance.
