Function setStoreAppHeight

setStoreAppHeight(mapId: string, height: number): void
Sets the map container height.

Triggers the shell/footer-bar layout recalculation and an OpenLayers updateSize() via their existing effects, which already react to this value — no additional resize call is needed after this.
Parameters
- mapId: string
  The map identifier
- height: number
  The new height in pixels
Returns void
