useStoreLayerAllChildrenVisible(layerPath: string): boolean
Selects whether all sublayers of a layer are visible.

Reads from layerState children tree and each layer's visible property.
Parameters
- layerPath: string
  The layer path to check
Returns boolean
True if all children and descendants are visible
