useStoreLayerHasDisabledVisibility(layerPath: string): boolean
Selects whether any layer in the subtree (including the layer itself) has visibility disabled.
Parameters
- layerPath: string
  The layer path to check
Returns boolean
True if any node in the subtree has controls.visibility === false
