This page is used to showcase different Interactions functionalities, In this example, select a shape to draw in a specific group, draw the shape, adjust modifying capabilities on the group, adjust snapping capabilities on the group.
Select + Translate mode?(enable to click a shape to select it, then drag to move it to a new position)
Extent mode?(Shift-Drag to draw an extent, Shift-Drag corners/edges to resize, Shift-Click outside to remove)

From the doc: The snap interaction must be added after the Modify and Draw interactions in order for its map browser event handlers to be fired first. Its handlers are responsible of doing the snapping.
